The money questions
Is the yearly price really cheaper?
Yes, by about a third. Lite is £150 a year if you pay monthly and £99 if you pay yearly; Pro is £300 against £199; Max is £600 against £399. The saving shown is the largest of the three, 34%.
What is the 14-day trial, exactly?
You choose a plan and add a card at signup. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel any time before day 15 and pay nothing. From day 15 you are billed at the price above, monthly or yearly, plus VAT.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, in either direction. Move up and the difference is charged for the rest of the period; move down and the change applies from your next billing date.
What are the onboarding options?
An hour with us to get set up properly is £79 on Lite and Pro, and free on Max. Done For You is up to four hours of us doing the setup for you: £299, or £75 on Max.
Do you charge for payment processing?
No. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe their standard rate directly and Buff takes nothing on top of the subscription.
