Built by a detailer who couldn’t buy it

Questions worth asking
What actually happens after the 14 days?
You choose a plan and pay for it when you sign up. Nothing is charged for the first 14 days, and you can cancel any time before day 15 at no cost. After that you are billed monthly or yearly at the price on the pricing page, plus VAT.
Can I bring my customer list with me?
Yes. Buff imports a spreadsheet of your customers and their vehicles — including the fields other systems do not have, like whether there is water or power at the property. You can export your data again whenever you want.
Does it work on site, on a phone?
The job screen is built for a phone in your hand — status changes, notes and progress photos as the job actually progresses. Photos are stored against the job and the vehicle, not on your camera roll.
I only work from a unit. Or I only go mobile. Is it still worth it?
Both are first-class. Jobs are marked mobile or unit, the diary shows them together, and you only need the multi-location features if you run both at once.
How much of it is branded to me?
Your booking page, microsite, quotes and invoices all carry your business name, logo and colours. Buff is the software underneath, not the name on the invoice your customer receives.
Who is behind it, and where is my data?
Buff is built and run by DASE Systems Limited, a UK company registered in England and Wales (company number 17333059), and it is the same system that runs Definition Detailing. Your data is yours and can be exported; our processing terms are in the data processing agreement.
